PCOS diet plan

A PCOS diet plan for Pakistani women, built from your kitchen

Insulin resistance is a common part of PCOS for many women. A dietitian can shape meals, portions and timing around roti, daal and sabzi. Plans are individual, not one chart for everyone.

  • Plans built from your reports and routine
  • Pakistani home food, not imported superfoods
  • Designed to work alongside your doctor's care

Step 1 of 3

What is your main goal?

Why refined carbs matter for many women with PCOS

Many traditional breakfasts, such as paratha with sweet tea, are high in refined carbohydrate. For some women this can mean sharp rises in blood sugar and insulin, which can add to belly fat and make cycles harder to regulate.

The effect differs from person to person, so a plan starts with your history.

Example only. Your plan is adjusted to your reports, appetite, work and family meals.

  • Breakfast: 2 eggs (boiled or poached) with 1 small multigrain or bran roti, or oats, and unsweetened green tea.
  • Mid-morning: a small handful of almonds and walnuts with cucumber.
  • Lunch: daal or chicken salan with light oil, a fresh salad with lemon, and 1 small roti.
  • Evening: roasted chana and a glass of water.
  • Dinner: seasonal sabzi such as tinda, tori or palak, or grilled chicken, with a bowl of dahi.

PCOS diet questions

Can diet alone treat PCOS?

Diet is one part of PCOS care. It can support symptoms for many women, but it does not replace medical treatment. Please keep following your doctor's advice.

Do I need blood reports first?

Not always, but reports make the plan more precise. You can share them on WhatsApp during the booking chat.

Will I have to change my whole diet?

No. Most plans adjust what you already eat, with portions, simple swaps and meal timing.
